James Furlong – Grew up in Wexford Ireland. Came to USA in 1988. Corporate background in Engineering and Management.
Dale Chin – Grew up in Dorchester, MA and Nashua, NH. Corporate background in Bank Regulatory Reporting.
FurChin was created in 1995 when we were in a landlord/investor mode. We bought multi-family properties and self-managed as landlords while working in our corporate activities.
In 2000, we left the corporate world and started a 10 year period as developers – we converted multi-family properties to condominiums for the 1st time home buyer market. We worked in South End, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, Dorchester, Somerville & Provincetown.
In 2011, we joined the RE/MAX group as Realtors. Our goal is to use our own experiences as buyers and sellers to assist the buyers and sellers in today’s markets.
